The new Community Centre in Old Crow, YT includes a Community Hall, Commercial Kitchen, an Elder's Hall, Game's room, meeting spaces, administrative offices, and support spaces. This new build features a stunning, pin-wheel style Douglas Fir Glulam roof structure.

The Peepeekisis Community Hub, inspired by local cultural symbols, is a circular structure with various facilities. It houses a 400-seat hall, a kitchen, a retail outlet, a council chamber, a daycare, and a gathering atrium. The hub caters to community needs for various events, contributing to the growth of this First Nation.

Relaxing and reconnecting on the banks of history – The Lodge at Métis Crossing is a 40-room, boutique luxury lodge, located on historical Métis river lots. Overlooking the North Saskatchewan River, guests to the lodge will inevitably find themselves summoned by a sense of nostalgia and wonder about what came before.

The Minoru Centre for Active Living replaces an aging and outdated group of buildings, and helps meet the changing needs of the Richmond community. The facility features an aquatic centre, a seniors community centre, fitness centre, athletic team rooms, event spaces, and an outdoor community plaza.

The Malahat Skywalk is an accessible 600m treetop walk through forests leading to a spectacular gentle spiral ramp, taking you up 32m to a lookout point offering views of Finlayson Arm, Saanich Peninsula, Mount Baker, and the Distant Coast Mountains
