What are glulam beams?

Glue Laminated Timber (glulam) is made by adhesively joining multiple layers of high grade dimensional lumber to create stock beams or billets, offering strength and durability for construction projects. Stock Glulam beams are a great choice for structural building components and can be used in similar applications as an LVL.

Species of Beams

Western Archrib's stock beams are available in two species, making them versatile for virtually any project.

Configurations and Sizes

Western Archribs’ stock glulam beams, or billets, are available in various standard-sized beams (3 1/8″, 5 1/8″, 6 7/8", and 8 1/2″) for quicker shipments and deliveries to your job site, currently offering a 4 week delivery from time of deposit.

Available on a 4 week turnaround, layup with length options from 16 to 64 feet*. All stock glue laminated beams have an “Architectural or Sanded finish” and are made from a choice of Spruce Pine or Douglas Fir.
