Western Archrib provided glulam for a four-building, 80,000-square-foot campus featuring bold mass timber architecture, flexible interiors, and outdoor amenities for modern corporate tenants.
Western Archrib supplied the glulam components for four 80,000-square-foot buildings designed with striking mass timber features, including prominent exposed corners that anchor each structure’s bold, modern architecture. Built for forward-thinking corporate tenants, the spaces feature soaring ceilings for flexible interior layouts and will soon house the Wisconsin office of Nicholas & Associates—part of a thoughtfully planned campus that also includes walking paths, pickleball courts, and other shared amenities.
